How credits work
Credits pay for AI-assisted work. Your whole organization shares one wallet, with two clearly separated balances.
Included credits
- Added every month with your plan: 100, 500 or 2,000.
- Always used first.
- Starter: unused included credits do not roll over.
- Standard and Enterprise: unused included credits roll over, up to a total of 1,000 (Standard) or 4,000 (Enterprise). Anything above the cap expires.
Top-up credits
- Buy extra credits whenever you need them.
- Kept separate from included credits and used after them.
- Carry forward month to month on every plan.
