Standard plan terms. Updated billing and credit controls are not yet activated; these terms do not confirm checkout availability.
Included user bundles
Each subscription is a fixed organization bundle, equivalent to $5 per included user per month before discounts—not a separate charge for every active user. Monthly credits are shared by the organization and do not multiply by user count.

12-month commitment
Commit to 12 months and save 20% on the standard base subscription. Payments remain monthly; this is not annual prepayment. An effective negotiated tenant price replaces the discounted price—discounts are not applied again.
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Early termination, changes during a commitment and any additional-user charges require confirmed account terms; no unapproved fees are stated here.
Monthly credits and rollover
- Starter: 100 included credits per month. Unused included credits expire at the monthly renewal; no rollover.
- Standard: 500 included credits per month. Unused included credits carry forward, up to a total included-credit balance of 1,000. The monthly grant respects this total cap; excess expires.
- Enterprise: 2,000 included credits per month. Unused included credits carry forward, up to a total included-credit balance of 4,000. The monthly grant respects this total cap; excess expires.
Purchased credits
One tenant-wide wallet keeps included and purchased balances separate. Included credits are spent first. Purchased top-ups carry forward on every plan and are not subject to the included-credit rollover caps.
Top-up bundles are available to buy now: 100 for $10, 500 for $45, 1,000 for $80 and 5,000 for $350. The charge is recorded the moment it is paid, and the credits are added to your shared wallet once our team confirms it. These bundle prices remain provisional pending OCR and AI cost validation, so they may change with notice. Operation rates must be confirmed before metered use is enabled.
